This 4-part learning series builds on knowledge from the Strengths-based Leadership 101 series and pairs you with a fellow participant for pair-based discussions to help build your leadership network. Gallup-certified coaches from the WVU Purpose Center and Leadership and Organizational Development will facilitate these strengths-based sessions.
The four sessions will cover:
Session 1: Leading Under Pressure
Session 2: Building Trust and Psychological Safety with Strengths
Session 3: Adaptive Leadership through Strengths
Session 4: Building Your Leadership Network through Strengths

In this learning series, the first hour will be dedicated to learning and group engagement, and then participants will be paired up for the final half hour for deeper pair-based discussion. Prompts will be provided, but this is intentionally designed to help you build your leadership network.
This learning series is limited to the first 20 staff members who register. By registering, you are committing to attend all four sessions. Strengths-based Leadership 101 is a pre-requisite for this series.
