As part of Week of Purpose, we will look at data collected during New Student Orientation and through Gallup surveys to help us understand the top natural talents and strengths of our incoming freshman and our student body as a whole. We will discuss how this information can be helpful as you interact and communicate with students from Generation Z, build curriculum and programming, and how you can leverage your own unique strengths as you work within higher education.

In this one-hour session, we will discuss how you can intentionally aim and/or manage your CliftonStrengths to be the most successful version of yourself. You'll learn how sometimes your unique talents can accidently hinder your success, and learn how to intentionally aim your strengths so that they are helping you! This is a great session to look introspectively at your own natural talents, but can also be helpful when thinking about team dynamics.
