Topic-Based Pods for Faculty and Staff

New this year, another option that faculty and staff can participate in are learning pods. These offer the opportunity to go more in-depth with a group of up to 20 other faculty or staff members on specific topics (leadership and career topics are currently developed). When you register for a pod, please be aware that you are committing to attend multiple session. These sessions are in collaboration with WVU Leadership and Organizational Development.

Faculty and Staff 60 minutes

During this 3-part, virtual series, you'll work with small groups and Gallup-certified staff from the WVU Purpose Center and staff from the WVU Leadership and Organizational Development team to learn about your top 5 CliftonStrengths and how to leverage them as a professional.
