Imposter Syndrome– or that feeling you don’t know enough, aren’t good enough, are a fraud, etc– is commonly experienced by college students as you are experiencing new and increasing roles and responsibilities. In this session, we will dig into how Imposter Syndrome shows up for you and how you can use strengths-based strategies to fight back against those feelings of inadequacy!
