Seeking Joy in the Everyday

Guided by the book “Joyful” by Ingrid Fetell Lee, this hour-long session will focus on how we can seek to more fully experience joy from everyday occurrences like sunsets and the smell of fresh-brewed coffee to renew our energy, improve our moods and help us have a more positive mindset. With the focus on delight, we will discuss how to use the power of our surroundings to live fuller, healthier, more purposeful lives that are truly joyful!
