The spaces in which I operate don’t always have people who also are aware or or engage with their strengths, which makes it more of a challenge to lead with CliftonStrengths® in a collaborative work environment. However, knowing my own strengths has given me an additional tool in my toolbox to view my skills, approach problems, and understand myself in a professional setting. Also, I can see the value of using strengths to build teams, assign tasks, engage with coworkers and colleagues, and celebrate achievements.
