Jason Gross

Associate Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering

Jason Gross is an associate professor and associate program chair for research in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. His purpose is to mentor the next group of robotics leaders coming out of West Virginia University. His research focuses on robotic systems and unmanned aerial system with an emphasis on perception and localization. He directs the WVU Navigation Lab, is a coordinator of WVU’s growing robotics program and is the lead for WVU’s Space Robotics Challenge 2 team.
